OUTSource Sales is a North American consulting firm which works with the breadth of your organization in order to see the sales function in perspective.  In this fashion, we are able to identify both motivators and de-motivators to a successful sales team. 

 

With decades of formal sales and marketing management under our belts (with prestigious firms like 3M, Xerox, Apple Computer, etc.), we have been fortunate to have both direct and channel sales experience.  Depending on our clients’ specific needs, we typically focus on the following:

   sales team to assess their abilities (business acumen, selling skills, etc.);

   tools available (marketing materials, programs, CRM, etc.);

   sales process (the methodology by which a sale is “repeatable”);

   compensation to assess the impact of the program on the sales force;

   “wish-list” from the perspective of both senior management and the sales rep’s (sometimes with key clients);

   working with your search firm to build the team (from profiling the optimal candidate to interviewing);

   where individual performance is an issue, handling a PIP professionally;

 

OUTSource Sales is the consummate “leveraged model”, wherein, we deliver against our areas of expertise and refer where outside skills are fundamental to successful delivery.  As an illustration, in compensation program review, our assessment is “top-line” in nature (intended to delve into the motivational aspects of the comp program).  Where in-depth review of complex compensation is required, we work with respected organizations to deliver on this facet of an engagement.

 

Similarly, we would generally outsource our sales training needs to established training organizations.  However, this would be a function of the role which you wanted us to play based on your specific needs.
