Frequently of interest to “start-up’s” where the principal is performing the sales management function.   Or, in SMB where the current run-rate simply doesn't justify a full-time Sales Manager.

Perhaps the need relates to growing the team but you really can’t devote the necessary time to recruitment.  Maybe you’ve been deluged by the response to postings on the job boards.

Or, maybe the investors are getting impatient with the ramp-up time portrayed in your business plan.

Perhaps you need an outsider’s database of contacts:   someone with a little “gray hair” to get your sales reps up to the ‘C’ level!

An unfortunate reality is handling performance issues adeptly.  We can step in to identify performance issues, communicate with the individual(s), initiate a Performance Improvement Program, and manage the PIP to conclusion hopefully successfully!

Of interest to organizations where improvement is required.  Perhaps the “numbers are off” or the team simply isn’t performing as well as before but management can’t “put their finger on the cause”.

Perhaps training is required but it’s not clear what type or by whom (there ARE a lot of sales training companies out there).  Or, where sales training has been delivered but there is no vehicle for ongoing assessment.

Where CRM has been implemented but forecasting is still not a “science”, perhaps, there is an unforeseen hurdle in the way.

“That’s been in the forecast for 6 months!”  where CRM is not on the horizon but accurate forecasting is required.  Perhaps you’ve realized that your customer database is being carried around by the sales rep’s ... “not the company’s asset”!

Maybe an outsider is better equipped to assess your sales compensation program.  Or, perhaps the need relates to formalizing goal-setting and time management.
